Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Three active projects and one user, with site reports, design, the live estimate, the utilization forecast, electricity cost and the track record. No card is needed.
What does Pro add?
The full pro forma (IRR, NPV, payback, debt, break-even price, a suggested price against nearby stations and incentives priced against your costs), plan sets and DXF, 3D renders, batch scoring and more projects and site analyses.
How do seats work?
Pro includes three users. Each extra user is $150 a month ($1,500 a year on yearly billing); add or remove seats any time in Manage billing.
What counts as a project?
A site you save to underwrite. Site reports you look at without saving don't count, and archived projects don't count toward the limit.
What counts as a site analyzed?
Each new location you run a site report on, once a month however many times you open it. Your saved projects never count, and the allowance resets on the 1st.
Why is the track record free?
Because it only gets valuable with real results, and every project you track makes your forecasts and our benchmarks better. Track as many of your projects as your plan allows.
Can I bring my past projects into the track record?
Yes. Recreate the design, lock a baseline, then add the costs, utility dates and operating history you have. On the Team plan, and for founding customers, we do the loading for you.
Do you see or share my costs and operating data?
Your projects are private to your company. Contributing anonymized outcomes to industry benchmarks is off unless an owner or admin turns it on.
